You can join our loyalty program by signing up in-store with one of our team members, or by downloading the Lone Star Market app and creating an account.
No, our loyalty program is completely free to join!
You earn one point for every dollar you spend on eligible purchases at Lone Star Market. Simply provide your phone number or scan your loyalty card/app at the time of purchase to have your points added to your account.
No, your points will never expire! You can accumulate them at your own pace and use them whenever you’re ready for a reward.
Once you have accumulated at least 75 points, you can redeem them for a free food item. Let our team member know you’d like to use your points when you place your order.
For every 75 points you earn ($75 spent), you can choose one of the following free items:
- Free 16 Oz. Signature Coffee
- Free Burger
- Free Sandwich
- Free 3-Piece Tenders
- Free Breakfast Bagel

Yes, you can redeem multiple 75-point rewards in a single transaction, as long as you have the available points.
Our loyalty program features four tiers based on the total number of points you have accumulated. As you move up the tiers, you’ll unlock even more exclusive benefits and offers.
- Bronze: 0 – 99 points
- Silver: 100 – 199 points
- Gold: 200 – 499 points
- Platinum: 500+ points
All tiers enjoy the ability to earn and redeem points. As you advance to Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers, you will receive special offers, bonus point opportunities, and other exclusive perks throughout the year. Keep an eye on your email and our app for announcements!
You can check your point balance at any time by logging into your account on the Lone Star Market app or by asking one of our team members to look up your account in-store.
If you have your receipt, you can log into your account on our app or website and enter the receipt details to claim your points. Please note that there may be a time limit for claiming missed points.
